Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Package Your Gear
Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in 'like-new' condition for processing.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
